This summer the women of our church are studying the godly women of the Old Testament.  As we learn about Sarah and Tamar from Genesis, we see that these godly women, are not so godly at times!  This reminds me that God plans for us are not dependent on our perfection but our faith and willingness to hold fast to our belief, in spite of our circumstances and failures.

only to close it and not remember what you have read?

Do you ever wonder why there are so many different bibles…

and don’t know which one you should use?

Do you ever wish you had a closer…stronger relationship with God…

but don’t know how get it?

Most of us could answer yes to the above questions.  At the  ABW’s Summer Conference this past weekend I had the privilege of  leading a workshop where we discussed how inductive bible study could help us to remember what we have read and develop a closer, stronger relationship with God.  The all handouts from the workshop are available for the next 10 days under the Ministry Resources / Women tab.  I hope you will find them helpful.
